from pain to power

SEVEN STEPS TO HEALTHY BOUNDARIES

ABOUT THE BOOK

What if there was a clear roadmap for establishing healthy boundaries?
What if you could find yourself in the process?

When people talk about boundaries, do you have a sinking feeling? Like you know yours aren’t working well for you and you don’t know what to do differently?

What if the steps to healthy boundaries were clear and specific? From Pain to Power: Seven Steps to Healthy Boundaries can show you the roadmap.

Taking these steps will help you make the changes you need, based on your body’s wisdom and your deepest values.

The author’s experience of divorce is the storyline that illustrates the seven steps. Now the author shares this process so you can learn the skills she practiced, wrestle with the questions she reflected on, and integrate each step into new life habits. You get to move past pain as you choose and practice powerful boundaries for navigating your best life.
